From the bellhops to the accountants to the cleaning staff, more than 700 people claim ownership of Tamaya Hyatt Regency. And all the owners on the Santa Ana Pueblo are responsible for running the resort.

During the building of Tamaya, the tribal elders asked all the construction workers to leave for a few hours one day. The elders took to the masonry and Pueblo Feng Shuiembedded symbols into pathways and walls throughout the resort. No one is quite sure what the strange symbols mean, but people who work here refer to them as tribal feng shui.
