Peace, sanity and a better me
Cheers to the New YearMaybe I'm finally growing up or maybe I'm just finally tired of commercialism, but this year, what I want doesn't fit under the tree. My wish list is more about the places I want to see, the kind of traveler I want to be and what I want to accomplish in 2008.
Lisa Kasanicky, head spa girl at the Spa Blah Blah Blog seems to be suffering the same ailment. Her list includes wasting and wanting less. She writes, "Do you know that Jennifer Aniston brushes her teeth in the shower to save water? I can do that."
So can I, Lisa.
Her post concludes, "First step is to clear my noggin of clutter by making more concise, manageable lists so that when my head hits the pillow at night, it's as empty as a Hannah Montana doll."
I agree. At the end of the day, I need to give myself permission to sign off until tomorrow.
Do you have a must-do for 2008 list yet? If not, feel free to steal, share and add to my ideas.
