  • Alexis Eiseman, reservations manager, oversees more than 45,000 guest calls.
  • Cathy Hudson, housekeeper, has tucked, pressed and left mints on 10,300 beds.
  • Kathryn Wittman, spa manager, has overseen 6,500 facials, massages and wraps.
  • Terry Faulkner, overnight shoe shiner, has buffed 10,500 pairs of shoes by the light of the moon.
  • Nick Panepinto, room service manager, has squeezed 5,200 oranges before sunrise.
  • Pancho Arellano, overnight baker, has mixed 1,200 pounds of homemade granola and rolled 20,000 pastries.
  • Pete Schuller, furniture refinisher, has sanded, stained and lacquered more than 1,000 guestroom desks, tables and credenzas.
  • It helps that the hotel is close to great shopping as Ritz Carlton SpaRitz Carlton Spawell as the trails along Lake Michigan for those who like to mix a little nature with their culture.
