I love watching people who don't know how to drive in this weather. If it's snowing out or it's icy, going over 45 mph is suicide. I live in MN and when it snows traffic slows but usually doesn't gridlock unless theres an accident(highways around here were really poorly designed) or its snows bad while people are at work. Otherwise people know to stay home. Is it that difficult for people below the Mason Dixon line to use some good judgment when its snowing? By the way MN is really mad(or at least most that I know of) that we haven't received any of the snow that Wisconsin and Illinois have. 20 inches in Mpls, thats 20 below normal. Congrats to Milwaukee with 100. I'm eternally jealous.
