Been here since '74, and Sheriff's patrol does issue citations randomly. You just never know when. As for Cypress Cove...my wife & I visited for the 1st and last time 5 years ago. It's just a place for men to hit on your wife or girlfriend, and this loser Hadley (who runs the place) supports this type of behavior. Cypress cove sucks!!"
