Model's behavior reminds us to stay calm under stress

Losing a bag at the airport is enough to send any traveler into panic mode. But don't freak out like a supermodel.

Naomi Campbell leaves Heathrow: AP/MaxNashNaomi Campbell leaves Heathrow: AP/MaxNashNaomi Campbell (famous for her diva attitude) threw a hissy fit early this morning when one of her many bags went missing at Heathrow's brand new Terminal 5. Already on board her British Airways flight, Campbell kicked up a fuss. Calmly handling their disruptive passenger, BA flight attendants booted Naomi off her plane.

The drama didn't stop there: as Campbell's temper tantrum escalated, the police were called to the scene. The supermodel got into a fight with an on duty officer, and showed us that fame can't buy you out of trouble.

It looks like the British model didn't learn anything in her 2007 anger-management classes, but you can learn from her mistakes. Airport snafus always happen, and you should prepare for the worst. If you travel with two checked bags (like most models do) split your outfits evenly between them. Drugstore supplies are easy enough to replace, but you'll want some clothes to wear for your first few days.

Right now the agencies are still dealing with a lot of paperwork to get into Myanmar. However, once they are in, they need names and applications on file so they can call on you when they are ready to go. If your vacation dates are more structured, why don't you contact an agency which runs volunteer programs all the time, you'll be able to make a difference somewhere without driving your boss nuts waiting to find out when you're going. Good luck!"
