Magazine inspired travel tips for when you just wanna have fun

Vacation PlanningVacation PlanningEver wish travel guides had a little more of what you really want to do? Fashion mags show us the fun side of cities - hot shopping, gourmet food, and hot nightspots. But that information passes its expiration date - sometimes before the mag goes to print.

If you want a hot girly trip outside of your favorite read's editorial schedule, you'll need another source to find your dream shopping district

Thankfully, the Internet has the same advice as magazines. But it's fresh and available when you want it.

Eat, Sleep, Party

Fabsearch has you covered for everything but shopping. This simple search engine is actually an archive of magazine reviewed hot spots to sleep or eat - perfect for when you remember reading something in Vogue that made you really want to go to Bali....but you can't remember when or why.

Store Adore = Shopping galore

Channel Becky Bloomwood by tuning into Store Adore. Instead of featuring products, it focuses on the shops that locals and stylish tourists love.

Each store profile is professionally written, and users upload their reviews as well. I'm taking advantage of the stores with online shopping until I can hit one of the select cities it covers - I might miss the atmosphere, but I still score the same sweet clothes.

It is the New Terra Cotta Clothing Optional Resort and Spa in sunny Palm Springs, California.. The original Terra Cotta Inn was a fantastic nude resort. Repeat guests from around the world stayed there. TCI was sold in Nov 2015 and greatly missed. Well, this July 2017, it was revived at a new location in Palm Springs. The site is HotelTerraCotta.com. Guests are super happy. It's perfect for couples and girlfriend getaways. And Tom and Mary Clare from the original Terra Cotta Inn work with us, so it has the same relaxing, fun feel. "
